Lehmann & Cia bisque Doll (porcelain) with an antique composition body. The wig is long and has modern hair. Original eyes are glass and fixed. It measures about 45 cm. Dress and underwear were made to measure the following old models.

Lehmann & Cia
Lehmann & Cia was the first factory in Spain of fine dolls, toys and porcelain, created in 1894 by a group of German Entrepreneurs from Max Jacob Lehmann, Eduard Lindenthal and Oscar Stettiner, importers and exhibitors of toys from Thuringia (Germany) from before 1890 .
The Spanish partners include the company Conde Puerto y Cia, owner of the El Siglo warehouses, whose branches throughout Spain dispatched dolls and automatically manufactured or distributed dolls by Lehmann & Cia
From 1905 the porcelain dolls manufactured in the Barcelona factory itself were marked with an L (anchor) C.
The 1914 production is 400 to 600 dozen dolls a day, in its factory that employed about 300 workers. The factory includes, in addition to the furnaces and various machinery, a dressmaking workshop and holds 25 patents on various creations by the Lehmann y Cia company.
